However, we want you to be completely happy with your system and realize that system integration and compatibility is sometimes a challenge. For that reason, our cables carry a 30-day “Return them if you don’t like them” trial period. We so strongly believe in our cables that WE DARE YOU TO RETURN THEM. Once you have tried them, you will not let anyone pry them from your hands or from your system.

To qualify: Cables must be returned in “as-new” condition. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns.This policy does not apply to Professional Cables or custom made items. When we receive the cables back, we will return your money less shipping charges.
Power Conditioners: Unlike brand new cables that to some ears need a burn in or run-in time, our power conditioners will make a positive difference in your system right out of the box. For in-home trials, we offer a pre-owned pure power one 3.0 for a 2-week audition. We do not have 5.0s available for in-home audition. We sell all we make. In order to qualify for this audition, you must provide a down payment of 50% of the cost of the item plus shipping. The down payment will be credited to your final purchase price or refunded upon return of the 3.0 in the same condition and same packaging in which it was sent.
